We know all of that Tom,, So I guess you have not been Authorized to answer any Questions,

And All the above has been SOP ever since this all started,

This does not answer anything leased of all for customers past, present or those in the future,

So how are we going to get round this ??

Yeah Great isn't it, I have been trying to get Answers since February, The won't come out and say anything because they Know it will hurt sales Because they are Selling Faulty Products.,

You should be contacting the customers rather than waiting for them to contact you. They should not be forced to fix your problem. Now go do the right thing.

I see where the manufacturer uses a sticker it seems over a screw hole in the case,,,to prevent or show tampering.
Very understandable to see why this is done.

What is not understandable,,,,is why weren't stickers or another method used to place on units to depict correct firmware and correct faceplates?

And a method should have also been adopted to use on the exterior of box for the detector,,,,to help dealers and customers.

This is not rocket science.

For a piece of merchandise that cost approx $750,,,,this I think is needed and worthy.

Solutions and or communications,,,shouldn't be limited to calling the manufacturer.
