CZ-3D coils

Tom,
My good wife gave my your DVD for Christmas and I have found it extremely helpful. I have an Excel and just bought a CZ-3D via e-bay. It arrived today and appears to be in good condition. However, the coil has the Coinstrike name printed on it. Can this be a problem or are the coils interchangeable between these machines?

Major problem! ...... If it is truly a Coin$trike coil...the connector is 'female' (vs. male) and will NOT plug into the CZ box. You need a "QuickSilver" CZ coil.

My dumbness; it is a Quicksilver coil, but somehow I related that logo to the Coin$trike instead. I am sure I will have more questions as I progress, but hopefully they will be better thought out.
