CLARIFICATION ON THE IMPACT SHIPMENT DATE

CLARIFICATION ON THE IMPACT SHIPMENT DATE

Hello all...

As I am getting emails regarding the Impact shipment, I wanted to clarify a few points:

Most shipments to USA are sent with ''air freight'' meaning I can only provide you with the date that the goods leave the factory and when they will land in the USA. I wrote on forums that they would land in the USA on Sunday and they did.

Once they are in the USA I cannot know how long it will take for the customs clearance procedure followed by the inbound transport will take as these are not controlled by us but rather by the importer and the freight forwarder.

I checked with the freight forwarder on our end though and they said the estimated delivery is Thursday.

The second shipment was sent by DHL express which is easy to track online and it is scheduled to be DELIVERED on Friday.

Does this mean the estimated delivery TO KELLYCO is on Thursday for the first shipment,
and on Friday for the second? Or are the goods forwarded directly to the customers
or dealers who ordered them?

I'm trying to understand if Kellyco will receive every new Impact and have to process
it and then forward it to dealers. (Or, in the case of customers who ordered from
Kellyco, just send the units to those customers.)

It would be nice for us customers who ordered Impacts if somehow the freight
forwarding company sent the units straight to the customers who ordered them.
Is there any chance this is what is happening?

There is no chance for that. That means I will have to get a list of all Kellyco orders and ship the units separately from here which is impossible.
How the distribution is handled by Kellyco once the goods reach the warehouse is something only Kellyco can answer.

OK, thanks. I suspected we are now dependent on Kellyco to process everything and
get it out to customers, but I was hoping there might be a shortcut.

Thank you "woman from Nokta"(just kidding)! Seriously, us "impatient Americans" are grateful for these updates and I speak for myself when I say that your company is levels ABOVE great customer service!

As for Kellyco, it's up to them to make sure customers are in the loop as to what is going on with their customer's shipments. To say "we are expecting them any day now" just isn't nearly good enough. I work for a major distribution and sales company and I deal with shipping issues ALL the time. Our customers EXPECT accurate shipping dates as their companies depend on us to function. The somewhat lackadaisical attitude Kellyco has toward their customers, will burn them, most likely sooner rather than later.

On yet another note, I am REALLY looking forward to the Impact and I am sure it will be a quality product!

That's the thing, they technically have a monopoly and know customer tolerances. However, you can only apply this practice for so long before it turns on them.

As long as Kellyco doesn't charge our credit cards when we pre order, what is the urgency? I'm sure the Impact is not the first or only detector, most of us have/will have, and we can stay busy while we wait, using the last new machine we so eagerly anticipated. I remember having these feelings/thoughts as a child around Christmas time, but as an adult, I have learned to be patient and try to "enjoy" the anticipation.(since I don't have any other choice)

Chris from Kellyco posted on Treasurenet that the Impacts have arrived
at Kellyco, and they are being scanned in and will be shipped to Kellyco
customers ASAP.

My understanding is that Kellyco is the sole distributor for Nokta in the US.

If this is the case, does Kellyco then ship the pre-ordered/pre-paid units to the dealer, and then they ship to me, or does Kellyco also fulfill shipping directly to the end customer for them?

Cal Cobra i may be wrong but according to dealer I bought mine from he will receive the units he has sold and then he will ship them to his customers
