Eh, nothing to write home about but a fun and cooling 5.5 hrs of water huntin for a change

Looks like Good stuff to me. I am enjoying water/beach hunting quite a bit. It's a nice change of pace and scenery. I hope to get some in the next couple days. My digging truck has been giving me fits tracking down an electrical problem and haven't got to go as much as I would like.

Yeah, it's all good Daniel, and like you = it's a welcome change of pace from the dirt/field diggin as usual status quo

I like huntin the BIG lake. There's 330 miles of shoreline on this side with many many public beaches along the way, the water is clean/clear, and the bottom is sandy (no sharks/stingrays either!).

Just can't be out there in high wind/waves as riptides/undertow/etc are a problem same as on any ocean beach. Have to be careful around the sandbars too - waves act differently on LK Mich than in an ocean as they run like every 3 seconds instead of long interval rolling ones like on an ocean and/but they create currents between/along the sandbars and you can get swept out to sea if not careful

Nice Digs, I like the Michigan side of the Lake. I'm on the Illinois side. Lots of good hunting when you're not being chased off by those biting black flies (they can be terrible here).

P.S. If you look closely I think you can see Chicago Ron smiling from the other side.

Looks better than 90% of my beach days! I am out about 90 days a year with the best equipment for beaching. Good job!

Bling is good, nice way to keep cool and usually the views are rewarding as well
