My my what happened?

Got curious to see when Nokta was first talked about here on this forum.
This thread one of the early ones.

I never laughed at anything this manufacturer did.
For good reason too.

A couple points actually.

Did the components ever get uncovered and then were described here?

And second, Nokta and Makro have really made great strides.

Don't forget, when the thread above was written, just how long had the Deus been swimming around in USA?
Not long either.

Things have definitely changed.

Del,
Bringing back up older posts, shouldn't be seen as belittling anyone.

As far as blowing myself up.
Don't really know what you mean by that statement.

I am glad you are reading my threads/posts though.

Btw, when doing advanced search of this forum using Nokta as the search item,,the thread above was the first thread posted as far as Nokta general purpose detector.
So I had/have no motives here personally toward anyone.

Some may be wondering what drive me to do the search I did?
Bascially because of the video Dilek posted as of late.

I try to watch the big pic of things, what is going on and what has transpired time wise.

No go back and look at this forum since the thread above was wrote and posted.

Seems it is the newer detector manufacturers being talked about XP, Nokta, Makro.

Now with the recent talk of Equinox Minelab is playing swift catchup here,, but even they are a newer manufacturer too.

The old big dogs.
Where are they???

Another point here.
Some I think who visit this forum may have been thinking, oh the detectors that get talked about here mostly are the detectors some of the select members are involved with in manufacturing /testing phaes(s).
Well, the Deus and the Equinox I think prove this theory wrong.

Btw, a Minelab dealer is going to send me some of the new Minelab gear to use and report on.
Evidently they like and have received some great feedback from others by reading my posts.

Someone should look back at old original red racer posts before giving anyone any testing creditibility!

So you dig up a long dead post on a machine/manufacturer you never even heard of at that time just to stir up BS/criticize someone you're jealous of/will never match the experience and knowledge of because you'll never live long enough and/but then self promote your wannabe poser azz all in one swoop?

Pathetic.

Jealous??
Afraid not.
I have been playing with electronics a long time.

Btw, Inwas never a lurker here.
Instead I signed up and started participating.
I certainly wasn't afraid of anyone or anything here.
I learned a few things here too.
Just like other forums I participate on, even non metal detecting related.

Never criticized here.

Just ironic ending one could say.

Do the search yourself MRH, for Nokta.
See which post is the oldest here for Nokta general purpose detector.
Didn't make the story up.

Not my post either.
I didn't write it.

Have any more sites where you've dug a 100 coins that have been detected/hunted before?

I don't have such sites.
At least so far.

I love to detect.
I like seeing the differences each model/coil brings.
Loving this elliptical for Deus.
Been doing well for me in hard hunted sites.

I have hunted with gents with over 30 years detecting MRH.
They don't seem to have a problem with me or my detecting skills.
Actually they ask me questions.
Imagine that.

I occasionally wonder what happened to BeeMan and his wife. Did they eventually get out there and get some nuggets, or anything cool and worthwhile? Maybe he ended up on another forum? Anyone know?
