Limited/Numbered. 218 pages, Limited edition, # 472 of 1005 copies, illustrations, excellent condition. Reprinted from the 1851 edition. Major Cross's report presents a detailed day by day description of the emigrant trail to Oregon with thirty-six lithographed views of scenes along the route from Ft. Laramie to The Dalles. The troops thus moved to the new military posts on the Pacific Coast. 1967. YE Galleon Press US $25.
