Good luck, the Equinox has seemingly killed off selling any detectors at the moment.

Since the nox was announced the Depot has loaded with them, and almost zero sales since the nox was announced unless you give them away..... so fire sale may be about right

Interesting times we live in, and a brilliant move on ML's part.

The real test will be, to see how many etrac and CTXs go up for sale.
And just how low they are priced.

This will be the tell all.

Some folks may just try to get enough dough out of their CTXs to finance a backup Nox.

I feel for the dealers who don't deal Minelab.

And in the end the model 600 will be the bigger seller.

About 3 weeks after release barring a total USA continental deep freeze and or monster snow storm, the cat should be out of the bag.

And you can bet the folks who still have Etrac and CTX,,many head to heads will be done on targets.

I am down to just 1, and it is the T2 SE with DST. I wish we had a set release time frame on the Equinox. I'm guilty of not being the most patient person when it comes to hurry up and wait. I went ahead and sold my CTX while the market wasn't totally flooded with them.

I don't think I've seen so many CTX's up for sale at once!

Tex, you will never be happy with just one detector.

It's going to be a 2nd hand buyers market very soon!

I don't think I ever will. I have been wandering in the desert for close to 50 years and no voice has called to me yet. I used a Whites 4900 all through the 80's and was prolific with the finds I made. For some reason finds are not why I'm in the Hobby. I know this based on the number I have given away , traded or sold to finance my wifes education or to update equipment. The Nox may be the one but when I'm feeling nostalgic I love to look down and see something different.
