Part number for CZ-3d Discrimination rotary/potentiometer?

Anybody know what the part number is for the discrimination rotary/potentiometer switch for a Fisher CZ-3D? The one on my CZ-6a has given up, just spins in the housing. NASA-Tom said they are the same for both the CZ-3D and CZ-6a detectors.
It is a C&K mfg. but, no part number on the switch...

Any help would be appreciated.

I will probably send it in to Fisher... Talked to Felix and they seem to be having a quick turn around on repairs now.
