Wow, Teknetics retaliation to the Chinese version T2.

Considering the Chinese T2 counterfeits and the rebadged versions Mars Viking and GF2.
The counterfeits and GF2 are known to have terrible constructed coils so you are forced to buy an after market coil.
Which in turn drives the prices up closer to the real deal.

The Chinese also have the 15" coil for sale about $140.00, compare that to TEknetics new price of $85.

I can see the Chinese getting a headache. Wonder if they will drop prices further to unload...LOL

At the price the street price ought to be around 400.00 bucks...and check otu that accesory pack for 150.00...WOW!!!

They are probably going to open up the F75 upgrade program again

With Whites dozing, Tesoro in a coma and Garrett not doing much, I think FT wants to "run the table" positioning the,selves for the inevitable competition from the likes of Turkey, the former East Block and most of all - China (if they ever start designing new stuff instead of making cheap copies of US products).

No doubt the T2 is a great machine (if you don't get zonked out with EMI)....the T2 LTD2 is a fantastic machine, personally as good of a deal as this T2 Classic is, I'd spend the extra couple of duckets on the T2 LTD2, it is a FAR better machine IMHO, BUT if you can get a new T2 for $400....that's one hell of a great deal ><

I think most folks didn't know of the Chinese versions. Why are we even talking about them?

Because they are the reason this deal exists, as FT eludes to in they're ad. The Chinese versions are actually rather popular globally, I'm sure they've cost FT a few sales.
