CZ 7a, not Pro

Dose anyone know if the CZ7a that takes 12 batteries under the arm plate can be run on two 9v batteries ? I like my CZ 7a but don't like buying 12 aa batterys at a time. I know the CZ7aPro was changed to 9vs. Anyone think it can be done? Thanks for any help.

For the time they give one wouldn't mess around....hurts the ergonomics also..
