where do i get replacement tesoro battery leads ? (not at Tesoro)

Have an older Tesoro Lobo that could benefit from new battery connectors and leads (the black and red cables going into the box)

Called Tesoro and they told me to send it in, but it's an easy repair I can do myself if I have the cables. Anybody know where to get these for a Lobo?

These 9 volt battery connectors can be found in the pull-out drawers at Lowe’s. Hope this helps!
