Racer GB 00

I've been told that running 00 Ground balance on the racer makes it run deeper in mineralised soil, ive not got mine anymore but would be interested to know if anyone else has tried it, or is it a myth?

I assume this would be something akin to balancing way low like you get on black sand saltwater beaches.

How do you get the GB so low?
Can it be adjusted after get that higher number after pumping?
Mine GB's between the mid 60's and low 80's so I would love to try this because right now I am getting ok depth but nothing spectacular so far.
