Getting a solid coil for my DeepTech Gold

I have a 8" solid coil on its way to me, never have had a solid coil for a DeepTech detector and am curious to see how it stacks up against the stock and Super Six coil.

That 8' round coil should be a good all-around coil. I really liked the 5'' round coil on my Vista 1000 (v2). Keep us updated.

I have been thinking of ordering a 5in round for my gold gain.

Received the coil this morning and gave it a quick try and it worked great. It seemed to be easier to ground balance than the stock coil. Sensitive and deep.

Me too. Will be great in tot lots sniffing out the gold jewelry.
