Is this why the Nox is finding in well hunted areas?

I run mostly a recovery speed of 6, with no iron bias, and find that lowering sens and a slower sweep speed helps loads with this, it gives the machine more time to call it correctly first sweep of the coil, and lessons the iron falsing aswell.

Could it be as simple as when standing on edge the top of the dime is closer to the plane the bent iron is on and therefore easier to detect?

I wonder if all modes are equal on this particular target scenario. Park vs Field, 1 vs 2?
