anyone know of someone that can fix Compass Detectors?

I have an old Compass Coin Magnum that sort of works. It turns on and sounds ok for a minute or so and then gets all static like. I don't think it can do anything close to today's detectors but I found a ton of silver with it back in the day. It would be fun to be able to use it again. If not it still looks good as a wall hanger.

Not sure if Keith Willis is still in business, but I remember he would fix Compass detectors in the past.

I think the business was called East Texas Metal Detectors. This was a while ago though.

Theres lot's of knowledgeable folks there who should be able to assist you in keeping one of these fine old machines in the field.

Glad to hear Keith is still in business. He did work on a few units of mine several years back. He was a one man band and had a back log so it took awhile, but the results were great.

Keith tuned up my Baron Cointrax a few years ago. It did take a while but he does outstanding work. Worth the wait.
