Any one have a extra Fisher CZ3D control knob?

I'm in need of one if you have a extra one laying around. Thanks Morgan
Or if you guys can tell me what size of knob I need and I'll order some off EBay or Amazon.

Well I contacted Fisher and they want 1.68 plus 8.99 for shipping for a part that weighs less than ounce.

Yes that's why I make sure mine are nice and tight with a Allen wrench. I think it's smallest size a 1/64? I snug them up ever spring and fall as had one fall off at a park hunt but found it luckily. I also hate the look of the New knobs along with the cheap arm cups. They are using them from the F detectors.

If it aint a Tom tuned knob it aint worth a crap!

Calabash Digger do you realize this is Tom's forum? I wouldn't be to harsh about making fun of a Tom Tuned CZ or knob for that matter. Show a little bit of respect it's not that hard to do. I appreciate Tom and all of the members on this forum but can live without the hatred and drama on this forum if I wanted that I'd get on Facebook. I appreciate all that you do sharing your tips and tricks on this forum.

We realize Tom does a great job tuning CZ's but even Tom couldn't tune ole calabash...
PS: Lots of CZ's still working great and don't need tuning...just ask therover his original CZ6A is still in tune and have an old CZ5 that would give ole Harolds CZ a run for extreme depth and just original tuned. On the other hand if your CZ is not up to par Tom sure can tune it well...

Yep most people who bash them only used them a month tops and move on to something else and don't learn the CZ language. There is a lot more to a CZ than GB, 0 Disc. and off You go. It use to take a year to really know a Detector but nowadays everyone knows it all in a week or two it seems.

I think it was out of line to make a joke about that even if it was directed at Harold. I'm just saying Tom is the owner of this forum and he's a whiz at tuning CZ'S to get the most depth and properly ID'ing targets at depth to get max performance out of it. He's nice enough to provide us this forum for us to learn and benefit from. Why make jokes about him or the service he provides at a very reasonable cost to have a CZ that performs properly?
