Need opinion on which detector to use

Recently re-located to southern Colorado. The ground here is highly mineralized. Reads 86 on my F-19 when trying to ground balance. Needless to say performance sucks. Any recommendations on a VLF detector that wil work here. Mostly relic hunt and some prospecting. Any model not brand loyal. Many thanks Txques

My recommendations.
Xp Deus with Hf coil and or X35 coil.
Minelab Equinox 800
Minelab CTX 3030
Minelab Etrac
Tarsacci MDT-8000
Whites MX Sport
AKA MFD 7272
Minelab Equinox 600

Good luck. The above detector models are listed random. Meaning not in any specific order.

A Minelab Musketeer Advantage goes deep in mineralized soil.

I live in Northern Utah and also have the f19. My ground here is at 83 on the f19. The 3 detectors I found that work the best are the XP Deus, Minelab GPX and Minelab Equinox. CTX and etrac are OK. Even with the Deus or Equinox I'm still barely hearing a dime at 6 inches.

CZ 5 with an 8" coil.

At some point ground minerals will force you into all metal operation. If you want to keep using a disc mode in hot ground you either have to expand the ferrous TID range and/or expand the conductive high end wrap range to such a point that non-ferrous stays in the non-ferrous range longer.

The Fisher Coin$trike offers both an expanded 99 points of ferrous id and an expanded high conductive wrap range. You'd probably love it there.
