The forum is hardly readable withouth css .
You are encountering this issue because you are still using http.

Please consider switching to a https certificate.
There's the errors message of what is not loading because of that:

problem is on your end. I have ZERO problems access or reading the forum. Secure server is absolutely not needed. There is no money or sales going on here. that stupid red "NOT SECURE" is HTTPS fear mongering by the hosts to et more $$$ from web owners.

Many sites I visit display this whole”not secure”, but it happened after an IOS update. I haven’t encountered any real problems or lack of access to anything.

It is Google Ads that is causing the problems here and on other forums!

Hope there is a fix!!

In the past I have had issues with various Forums including this site. Sometimes the layout changes to the point of being very hard to navigate. I do run the newest version of AdBlock....as of right now it has solved the issue. Kind of weird, but the newest version works to present each webpage layout correctly.

I am having to go through a back door.... to get this forum to work (including the ability to make posts). I'm having to use "InPrivate" option each/every time...…… but...…. at least...…. it works.

So far I have not had any problems viewing this site on my Windows 10 laptop using IE-11.
The only time time I have problems viewing this site is when I use my Android tablet with the Chrome browser.

But I found a fix!!

I turned on Chrome's "INCOGNITO" browsing feature. Problem Solved!!!
When activated, an Icon appears at the right, top corner of the screen that can be tapped to turn it off and on. The icon is a pair of glasses wearing a "Dick Tracy" hat placed inside of a circle.

If you are using Chrome, look up Chrome Incognito browsing feature.

I noticed that we are in https but link toward ressource need to be changed as well to reflect the modification those below are still liking the old http.

all those link need to have the (s) added on http > https in the code ex for the first link

and so on all ressource that point to http old path need to be changed to https.

Good luck and thanks in advance.

My problem went away just by clearing the cache. I cleared and then closed the browser and reopened it,
