Quest Turning up the heat on the Makro Pulse Dive

I just received an email from Quest that they are coming out with a new pulse hand held for under water. Featuring what looks like a 3" x 8" rectangular coil, with the electronics in an 8" pinpointer style housing that bolts onto the coil. Coils will be interchangeable, and also a rod can be attached to the end of the control housing, giving the diver a longer sweep. They did not mention the other size coils they are designing. It could probably be used on the beach also. Nothing yet on their website. Makro, get on it, and lets get some big foot coils into production!

Meh. Dont care in the slightest. Quest is garbage, started with stolen design and tech with zero quality control.

I've used Deteknix / Quest pinpointers for many years with zero problems and zero falsing......great pulse tech. I also use a Whites TRX when I'm needing extreme depth. The yellow Land and Sea pinpointer (waterproof) is also great. Thanks
