Looking to purchase a new Equinox 800.

Where can I get a deal on a new Equinox?

I've never been good at talking dealers down in price but if you're into that, just call around until you get the price you want. I doubt many dealers are going to come down much from msrp though because the Equinox is still the top detector with the highest demand.

If you are former military ...... dont forget they give that discount. Shop around.......see you if have to pay sales taxes if shipped to you. dont fall for the ......i have a deal for you look at all the stuff you get.

....and always make sure to get free shipping. Many places offer it.

Have to call dealers and ask for best price. Some of them will knock off a few bucks. Noboby has them "on sale" anywhere. The only deal right now is for the EQ 600. You can get a free 6" coil.

The best prices I've ever gotten on detectors have come from Craig at Show Me Treasure, his email is showmetreasure@gmail.com for a quote. I used to contact about 10'ish dealers for quotes for years, and Craig was always the cheapest out of all of them.

Dankowski Detectors only sells one brand and one model, the Tarsacci MDT 8000.

Richard at Backwoods is a super guy as well. I've never had a single issue when I have deal with him.

Agree. I purchased my detector from him recently.
