So why should I purchase a Tarsacci?

Convince me.

Only a few beans were spilled, tex. They will get into it more after all the beaches are cleared of treasure by Tarsacci users. Until then, enjoy the few beans and wonder.

What do you feel are reasons not to buy the machine based on whats been shown and said? Whats your intended use...... and what are you trying to compare it to? As a beach guy its not really about cost..... its about performance and comparing it to what im currently using and where. There are advantages and disadvantages to every machine..... thats why i have 3.... but only 3 now.

George...…… a few bottom-line absolutes:

If you exclusively hunt in: less-than 2-bar dirt...…. do NOT get the Tarsacci.
If you are more than a 'occasional' beach hunter; you will need the Tarsacci.
If you only hunt Culpeper dirt...…… we are still on the learning-curve (testing) of this dirt! (((Right now...… it looks like the GPX might still have the edge in Culpeper dirt))).

If you hunt in IRON......regardless of the mineralization.

I'll put it this way. I'm down to 1 metal detector and it's the Tarsacci.

The thing with me is, is that no more than what I actually go detecting these days, one metal detector is all I need, and the Tarsacci ticks all my boxes. It can go in the water on freshwater beach hunts, it does a great job in mineralized ground, and I can take the same machine to the saltwater beaches when I go on vacation.

George I for one would certainly be interested in your experience with it. You and I hunt similar type of relic sites, iron sites, etc. I'm not really a beach hunter (casual), but if it does well for you hunting relic sites, I'm all ears.

1. Since AKA Signum is close to sound ... you will quickly get used to "Tarsaci MTD 8000" ..

2. Surely many people on this forum would be interested in your detection results with this detector ... even in your heavily mineralized terrain ...

This detector could bring something interesting ....

I assume you saw one of the guys on the MDT thread who's having to sell his........good chance to own one.

I will be meeting the Gentleman on Sunday to look at the Tarsacci.. He lives just around the corner. Small world.

Still have about 30. May have to sell a few to offset the cost of the Tarsacci. They are like my little children.

Which of your little babys might you put on the chopping block??---I only got 17---probably should add a few more!

I only kept the ones I loved.May never sell them.Ruined a 41 year relationship at home. But they enriched my life in so many ways.
