While your all arguing, I'm out digging!

For the last few years I've been swinging the Nox, i was interested in the MDT but the audio accuracy of the Nox on low conductors is fantastic, and the 15 coil has given me the slight edge on depth that i wanted.
Here's a link to my FB page for detecting, it's mostly my stuff and some of my buddies that I hunt with.
We're not surrounded by good hunting grounds, we probably put as much time into investigating and scouting as we do detecting which pays off for us.

The Tarsacci’s audio would be all over that little hammered silver, AND with a lot smaller coil.

I'm sure it would, but there's no info/vids out there showing it doing so on these type targets in old medieval pastures.
The Nox however is a proven performer, it's resurrected sites that we though were cleaned out.
When you take the initial purchase price of the MDT, add in the tax, customs tax, postage etc etc it's a big risk and outlay for what might or might not be a better performer.
Another reason is that i've had detectors that have been deeper and performed better in my test garden than the Nox, but they have been disappointing in the field in comparison. The Nox just keeps delivering, it has the magic sauce!

Keith, I've got you a full coin, cut half and a quarter, I'll post them this week.
They are between 7-900 yr old, they will make good test pieces, don't lose them lol
