What happened to the Mak/Nok multi detector?

About a year ago they were asking what they should call it, since then Garrett have the Apex ready to go, will there be any customers left for another multi detector?

If it has the same build quality and high performance as the detectors they have already put out then I don't think getting customers will be a problem.

The Apex isn't ready to go. I understand that the testers all had to return their Apex' back to Garrett to address some issues they are having with it.

Hope they get it right before they release it.----We don't need another one turned loose with problems.

What will it bring to the table that isn't already out there?

The Apex for example....Not dunkproof. From what I've seen on video....bottlecaps sound good.

So for me personally a twenty year old Sovereign is the better beach detector.

Ghound - I had missed your comments about Nokta Makro :-) It is in the works - some delays due to COVID - but all is going well.
Our competitors' models have not been successfull enough to stop our growth so far so do not worry about who will buy our SMF detector... let us worry about that...but guess what, we are not worried at all.

Just take your time & don't release it to the public until you are SURE it is ready!----We (as consumers) have seen far too many detectors released with problems.----One thing for sure---Minelab SMF is going to be a tough act for you to follow.---I wish the very best for your company.-------Del
