Early Eric Foster Pi, sold in the UK for Sand and surf hunting for gold jewelry.
Still highly regarded, hard to find.
No reason you can't go out and enjoy using it.

Without Eric Foster there may not have been a White's TDi.

Not many of these left in operation--the gaskets are hard to replace. I have one it had to be put into a BHID case. Superb performing pulse--very smooth and great gold optimization. Closest you will get now is the CS4PI sold by CScope in the UK. Runs a bit higher (uSc) but also very deep, and good iron ID from the tone. One of these would be easy to waterproof in a different case. cjc

Did cscope improve the volume? I tested one years ago and the surf would drown out the sound.
