Fisher Labs shout out

Well I bought this Fisher F19 off of the bay and despite it being in practically unused condition it wasn't working as it should, it wouldn't see any metal unless it was only an inch away. It is a 2017 model, so I sent it down to Felix at Fisher Repairs and with no question asked they fixed it and are shipping it back with no charge to me. It is great to deal with a company that stands behind it's products, I know El Paso is getting hammered by the Covid right now but Fisher Labs is still carrying on. Anyway I just wanted to give them a shout out for great service even during trying times. Fisher Labs and Felix are top notch.

That's good to hear...... especially since they have been exceptionally quiet..... for a couple/few years.

Always good read about good customer service these days. Kudos to Fischer Labs!

They didn't say. Maybe there will be a note with it when it arrives.

Fisher/First Texas still goes by old school customer service ethics. And that’s hard to find nowadays.

I have dealt with Fisher service many times and every time outstanding service.

Well I got my F19 back today and in the box was a note explaining what they did, they replaced the circuit board and the membrane buttons plus added a new 5x10 coil, no charge! warranty honored.

felix is "crackerjack" i have dealt with him in the past.
he'll give ya a "break!" very knowledgeable guy!

Even in the old Los Banos days they had great service. I sent in my first CZ-3D from Chicago to Cali and had it back repaired in 7 working days. I was shocked to see the box on my step figured they must not fixed it right if back that fast but it was perfect. Never had another issue with it.
