Minelab Support won't return my call

I left a msg for someone to call me back after being on hold for a while. Knowone has called me back yet. Is this normal? Does anyone know a number I call to actually talk to someone?

Tim---The #'s I have for Minelab service are: 1-(877)-767-6522 or 1-(888)-949-6522.----They have been pretty good about returning my calls whenever it was necessary for me to be in touch with them.----Fridays & Mondays may be their more busy "catch up days".---If you don't hear back from them in a reasonable time--I'd give them another call.----Hope this is of some help.------Del

Maxwell helped me with my coil ears. They can take a day or two to respond. But they will do right.

Well they finally called me back a little over a week later. The lady said they would send me a new middle shaft.I asked them if they had corrected the issue with the wobbling shafts and she said they weren't aware of a issue. She was also very short and not very friendly. I am not used to this. I have been running Macro and Nokta machines since the Fors Core came out and their Customer Service was fantastic. I like the Nox and it does a great job detecting but they really dropped the ball on the quality of their shafts. I guess I'll tough it out till the Nokta/Makro Multi Freq machine come out as I am not buying an aftermarket shaft for the Nox. Vent Over

Garrett would have answered the phone when you called.Then again you probably wouldn't have had a build issue with them.lol.

My Nox has had three years of heavy use and the shaft has never wobbled. I wonder why some do and some don't.

I always keep calling Minelab customer service until I get someone on the line. I have 4 different numbers and I'm able to get someone during the day.

Contact your dealer, he/she should be able to do the footwork for you.. RichardnTn

Well i'm over it. They said they were shipping me a new middle rod over a week ago and I haven't seen it. I just ordered a Carbon Fiber Rod Set from Steve. BTW, he is fantastic to deal with. Actually ordered one for a friend as well.

Update......Well, I talked to Minelab Support about 2 weeks ago about the she shaft they shipped to me that I never received. They made excuses that the virus had effected them. The guy said he was sorry that I hadnt received the shaft that they shipped on March 16th which was 2 weeks after I had contacted them about the issue. He said he would get a shaft set shipped right out to me and email me a tracking number. I never received a tracking number or anything from them and no shaft set has showed up at my door. So today I have called for the 4th time to try and get this resolved and to no surprise, Know one would answer my call. I left them a msg and no call back yet. This is worst experience I have ever had from a detector company. Heck it may the worst customer service I have received from any company. All I can say is NO MORE MINELAB for me. Hurry up Nokta so I can be done with this so called company.

Good product, POOR service!-----I feel sorry for you for what you are having to go through with them.-----It seems Minelab has slipped back into their poor service of yesteryear.

Nothing is the same since Covid. I don't think things will ever get back to what they were. Priorities have been shuffled. Crazy world.

Ive been watching some of my tracking..... it seems some are being shipped WAYYYYYY out of the way then back again. One from MI went to Ohio.... then Texas.... then Jacksonville before getting to me. One took 3 weeks to get to me and bounced all over the place .... this is thru the postal system. is it intentional? I hate politics.

don't believe it's intentional! people are being effected by Covid everywhere!
more just are not working due to sickness! get vaccinated! all I can say!
