Got rid of my extra Equinox coils - prefer Vanquish 540

I almost never used my 6" and 12"x15" Equinox coils; so, I recently sold them off. They sold for about the same amount as I paid for my Vanquish 540. The Vanquish is much more useful to me, is fun to use, and was inexpensive enough that I keep it in my car all the time.

The Vanquish 540 is a awesome machine. Minelab has a spring special on the 540 and 340 right now.

I use the Equinox stock coil only. It pretty much does it all. One of the best if not the best coils I have used during many years in the hobby.

The Vanquish I have never used. So I really don't know much about the performance. I like the ability to adjust the iron bias on the Nox down to zero. I would miss that.

I believe on the 540 model you can turn down the Iron Bios ......when The Nail Icon is displayed on the screen ........I love The Vanquished shaft break down design....The best ever ......The cam locks are old school..........along with it’s great performance & Price point. ....... I have no complaints

tons of fun to use! nasty coin sniper, and deep too!

I still use the "Mojave'' for curb strips.
