Could have cost me today. Turned out to be a silver quarter. With section of barbed wire in hole with quarter.
Another find today tuned out to be silver dime. I had heard this (signal) dime before using other detectors but didn't dig.
Why?
A steel pole in the ground nearby.
I thought previous hunts the pole was causing detector to wrap.
Maybe I am becoming a better detectorist, or am I ?
