Why the drop in gold & silver the last few days?

What's going on now?

The jobs report and the thinking that monetary policy will change and interest rates will rise, makes the illusion the dollar is strong, hence gold/silver weak.

But we all know the precious metals markets are completely rigged. I see paper gold/silver contracts go down, while cryptos like Bitcoin and ETH go up, I think it's a rotation into the crypto market again. Look at that market the last 3-4 weeks.

In any event, another ounce of gold bullion will be heading my way shortly in either the form of a Maple Leaf, Eagle or K-Rand.

Yes, definitely some manipulation, and the reverse correlation with the Bitcoin price jump is pretty clear to see. The Bitcoiners are looking for some sustained price increases now, the past few months slump and doldrums seems to be over, and 60K plus price targets are being suggested again.
