SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!!!!!
I wish he'd try a rusty nail or two covering a coin, for some of these great videos.

Yes. I would like to see it put it through paces for cherry-picking junky urban parks. There are some machines that if you cover a deep silver coin with a foil wad or beaver-tail, that your resulting average drives the TID low enough that you might pass it (in the case of cherry picking for high conductors). But other machines tend to get a hint of a higher conductor coin trying to hide in there. I would like to see how this new D-2 does in those cases.

It is generally agreed that the D-1 was not good for this task. For example, it wants to give good signals on crown caps (which tend to litter urban parks).

Thus far, I've never seen a machine better than the Explorer or Etrac for junky-turf-cherry picking . I'd love to see if the new D-2 or new "Legend" are good for this.
The Deus II is not the Deus 1.... It has a very good ID system from what I have seen so far...they have come up with some very good stuff on this detector from what I have seen in my very short time of using it.
New market leader performer right here ..

thanx !
I’d like to see the equinox with a slower recovery speed on this test. Trying both the 11” and 6” coils… Adjust the recovery to 3 and slow your scanning speed way down. I appreciate your time and effort.

You MIGHT like to see that. But the Equinox would only FAIL WORSE!
You err in your thinking...

Also, this is a pass / fail test. There is no such thing as "fail worse"
