Fisher CZ21

I recently purchased a CZ21 from a good friend of mine. My question is. Can anyone recommend new rods for this? The holes are wallowed out and I need a custom maybe carbon fiber replacement. I've seen some on eBay but does not show how it looks when replaced. Thanks
