How do the newer gold bug 2 units compare to the older units. You do not seen many older unit up for sale. I am getting gold fever. The Upstate SC has a lot of Old gold mines and I live close to several.

A few weeks ago, I acquired a new FTP Gold Bug-2. (((Unless they 'tweaked' this one specially for me........))) it matches the exacting specs/performance as the old generation Los Banos FRL units.

With gold climbing back up again the cost of use machines will also, especially the prospecting units.
