13" Detech Ultimate coil

Any experience with the 13" Detech Ultimate coil?

Do a quick search....there are several topics here about it for various machines. I did an entire one for the Omega 8000, and some of the others have gotten them since for various machines.

I have one and think it"s great......like a Pro coil...on steroids!!!!

did you get that Blisstool yet?.....called on mine and he said...they are only getting like six in every shipment...told me they are selling like hotcakes!!!

Gee find the concentric 10 incher on the omega serves me well but only using for a park machine for clad and perhaps a gold ring...Never used the 13 incher but would be careful on that situation where many of these coils call rusty beer caps as coins. Perhaps Daniel could add his expertise and guess it depends where you hunt as some areas especially for the relic hunter areas are devoid of those rusty beer caps so not an issue...Impressed with the accurate Omega ID as if 57 its a nickle and 58 its a tab along with the audio nuances rel gold rings and trash that mimics it..Have no idea if a larger DD coil would act the same even if they provide better depth and always that EMI issue.
We have moderate ground and in most areas can run at high sens. with no EMI....with 10 inch concentric...Unfortunately plus and minus features whether it be a particuliar unit or for that matter an acc. coil....

Works perfect on my E-Trac and rusty bottle caps are never an issue with it or any coil on said machine.....

Opps...should have said mine is on a E-trac too!

I have one for my antiquated E Trac as well. I bought it when I could. But now it sits in my closet waiting for the fields in the fall. It feels great on the E Trac. I'm really looking forward to using it.

No Blisstool yet. Gonna give it about 2 more weeks and if no word on when they will for sure be here I'm cancelling my order. They may be putting people on the raincheck list but if they don't start producing units for those that have paid....people will get tired and start cancelling orders.
