CZ-3D tuned by Dankowski?

Is there any way to tell from the serial number if a CZ3D has indeed been tuned by you, NASA Tom? A seller has claimed this, but I am curious if you can verify it.

It is an older number 10210967. Are these older machines really the better ones and do they have the lifetime warranty?
