so , what happened anyway?

Even though server was given new credit card info..... they still forgot to 'up-date'.

Gotta love it, Tom. I can appreciate your issue.
The same happened to me, only with a mortgage payment.
I updated my info,but they still charged my old debit card/bank account.

I'm glad it's back up too.
