Tom, it seems from many of your post that you prefer the pf mode (seem to mention the pf mode a lot) on the F75. Is this true? If so why?

pf & de mode .... in my mild soil..... perform nearly identical... with a slight ad going towards the pf mode being minutely more stable.

PF at your preferred disc setting or DE disc 0 multi-tone?

With the T2 I ABSOLUTELY had to use Pf at 21-22 to find anything at all at my pounded sites.

Depending upon EMI status (which dictates Disc setting).... both PF & DE are treated the same, IRT Disc utilized. In any case; my Disc is ALWAYS on 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6. I spell this out..... because each one of these Disc settings have different meanings; regardless if PF or DE utilized.

Tom, have you noticed any depth difference from 0 to 5?

Very much so. And most pronounced when dropping Disc from '5'....down to '4'. Then a small/linear depth/performance increase from 4...3...2...1,,,,,, and a bit more pronounced again when you hit '0'.
