Introducing myself. Hello from Claire in North East England

Hiya folks. I'm new to this forum and thought I would introduce myself. I have just started metal detecting again after a couple of years time out. The last and first time I went metal detecting ended up in a farcical and comical adventure! However, after a couple of years breathing space, I'm ready to bite the bullet and give it another go.

I've set up a blog to recored my experiences and share what I learn about the hobby. I urge people to contribute to the blog with any information, techniques or pearls of wisdom they care to share.

I bought a domain name then couldn't remember what is was so I wasn't able to find my blog on the internet! How I think I'm ever going to find treasure when I cannot even find my own blog on the world wide web is beyond me. But I am willing to make the effort, learn, share and grow.
