Got a 10x14 Excelerator Coil for Etrac

Per a recommendation, I found a used 10x14 Excelerator coil for the Etrac and received it in the mail today. Looks like its going to be a great coil and I can't wait til spring to test it out

How's the soil where you generally hunt???

It's not bad at all. I live in NY and its generally very mild

Excelerator coils are super deep with good separation abilities

I had the 10x14" and the 4.5x7" for my Etrac -- the weight of the 10x14" isn't all that bad either - not much heavier than a stock coil

Looked at that coil a few times but never pulled the trigger as there wasn't much info. I think they were released prior to sef's? Definitely let us know how you like it bud, especially compared to the pro coil.

Thanks guys...I definitely will. I know people like their pro coils, but for some reason it just didn't suit me well. I have my 6x8 SEF for some of the trashier places and such but I'm hoping this coil will be a hit for some of the bigger places I go to
