Cabin fever has a post a few down below the spam about it Lawrenzo..

Go to Steve's Forum there's more talk I'm sure..

Not a lot of Gold machine talk here..Even though Gold machines make some of the best Relic hunters..But most of the world are after coins....

interesting when I was testing the G2 they wanted me to hunt for gold but I talked them into trying it out for relic hunting and it turned out being used more for relic hunting and it was a really good machine. What is next?

Lawrenzo they have a Newer G2 now a plus model..

So will be awhile probably till another gold unit from FTP..

I hope they delve into pulse units ..

I remember reading Where Dave Johnson figured out a disc circuit on a pulse in the 80s..the proto fisher Impulse model.. but they dumped a bunch of his ideas and stream lined it down..His design was a Battery hog..

I've been playing with one at work. Seems like a really solid unit. Some of the Racer complaints have been addressed. Thick coil ears, longer stronger coil bolt, and a noticeable, pleasant difference in how the S-rod handle curves....
With no nuggets here in New England, I've been playing with it on micro gold jewelry & testing with nickles. It just nips a foot deep nickle in my test bed on all metal. I imagine it would be a decent relic hunter, but ground is freezing so I may not know for awhile winking smiley
