She will probably ask you to accept a money order for an amount way larger than the costs of the detectors and then send her the difference in cash.
Common business practice in some foreign countries so don't worry.
I am sure that MO will be fine.

I myself have some bridges in like new condition I am willing to trade if you are so inclined.
