I gotta be honest here, I have only seen a couple videos where the operator actually looks like they know what they are doing with the nox. Time will tell but I will believe the couple people I follow that state how good the machine is before I give any credance to someone who isnt on camera adjusting setting and knowing what those settings accomplish and have had the machine less than a week....

personally, I wouldnt even consider the impact unless you get a smokin’deal on one. Nokta/makro completely destroyed the value of one with the Kruzer. They did the same thing to a lesser extent with the racer/racer2 and I remember feeling the same way when I couldnt sell my racer without taking a hosing on it.

I feel bad for alot of manufacturers. Minelab gave a crushing blow to their bottom line with the equinox. There are quite a few manufacturers whose sales will be stagnant until they bring something out comparable to the equinox at the same price point.

I have a makro racer 2 with stock coil, cover, rain covers, box,literature etc. It is still in as close to new condition as you can get without buying new.
