The secret of superior depth and recovery speed is swing slow and the silver will come...might be a play of words or advertising gimmick but never noticed any difference with either...myself....

Not for coins but works wonders on iron relics...even then be careful as kept on too long will cause damage....
Might talk to a coin collector on that one....

Depends on the hunter....some change like they change their underwear while others latch onto what works for them and keep for years..No standard answer....

With the technology of tomorrow...who knows..
Take this into consideration once read using a 10 inch coil it would take years to completely cover a football field...following this conclusion if your coil don't go over a target at the right angle you will never find it..

Large cents are tough in my neck of the woods but years ago found 6 in a 5 foot square...feel must have been a cache that spread.....have also a 1794 and 1798 that were found in same field...Usually get several every year but all take a beating in my ground..and in poor shape...

It doesn't have to be much of a fall...local in his 70's basically just sat down hard when he lost balance and ended up with two fractures in his pelvis...no operation needed but 2 months to heal..

A detector is one thing a broken bone is another...we have lots of oldtimers on forum and as we age bones become brittle...break a hip and expect a long recovery so be careful out there..

We realize Tom does a great job tuning CZ's but even Tom couldn't tune ole calabash...
PS: Lots of CZ's still working great and don't need tuning...just ask therover his original CZ6A is still in tune and have an old CZ5 that would give ole Harolds CZ a run for extreme depth and just original tuned. On the other hand if your CZ is not up to par Tom sure can tune it well...

From a guy who has used CZ's for over 2o plus years and is 80 ...body mount the CZ and never look back.....nothing more user friendly and will get the deep silver with the best of them...just traded for a super CZ5 as indeed experience is the best teacher and didn't want to learn a newfangled unit that was supposed to be better than sliced bread. You won't be sorry my friend..

Sure appreciate the time and effort you put in doing these tests but hard to replicate an old buried coin that has been in the ground for 100 yrs or so.
The only sure way is to test in the field in an area where you know there is deep silver as experience is the best teacher..
As far as the shirt in question if you need my address just holler..

Only made the CZ6 for a short time so good luck finding one....might be easier to find a newer CZ large coil and converting the connector...Heck Fisher had to buy those four pin connectors so should be available by original company making them...give Fisher a call....

Credit cards and less outdoor activities and more guys detecting have really hurt clad coin hunting...even in early days was my gas money..to each his own....
In retrospect would rather find one silver dime rather than a pocketful of clad...

Now just go out and hunt with it as experience is the best teacher....been using CZ's since my original CZ6 in 92...not a complicated unit to use but time in the field will make you a believer...After all these years now and then learn something new even if its a small nuance...Hard to replicate articles buried for a hundred years but should give you ballpark results. Not a fan of the CZ3D b

Google Mikes CZ page as its a bible for CZ users...going to dig deep rusty nails at the start but with practice and time in the field the deep silver will come...old technology at its finest....Make sure you get the ground balance procedure via bobbing and set sens. as high as you can without too many ghost signals...Hot or not in air tests it will go deep in the ground where it counts...wanted t

Won't work for me as 40 yr diabetic...heck should be dead by now.....Renal doc put me on a additive to cleanse blood and keep me off Dyalysis and I put on 20 lbs in a month.
Had Fistula put in left arm 3 yrs ago and renal doc said I had about a year left till dialysis so its working even though I have to get blood every few months as poor kidney function don't produce red blood cells..
