I don't believe his forum will ever change for the better. We've been complaining for years and it's only getting worse. The population is way down because of the antique technology. Got to spend to make . . . .no other way around it. Annoying.

Good deal David!! I can't remember what the last update I installed as I sit here, will check. Thanks for your work untangling the D2 . .only a handful of detectorists will take the time to do that. Hopefully I'll get the time to try out the Bird Dog program . . .I have many old historic trash areas to test it on. This program is one that you have to concentrate on while swinging slow

Going back, inland, my f-75 was deeper than my buddies E-trac, his Whites DFX and his MLSEpro.
On the Jersey beach last week I dug a Matchbox toy car in the semi-wet sand and it s 18" deep, with the Deus2. . . signal was loud. I would answer you question with a "Not Necessarily Deeper". . . .and it depends om many factors . . .so many factors that the question is nearly unanswera

Heading to NJ beach soon. If could take only ONE detector out of these two, which one would you bring? Pick ONE and reasons why, thanks!
(1)- Deus2 w/ 9" and 13" coil
(2)- Tarsacci w/ 12" coil

Note: Years ago memory serves me, a beach in Jersey was replenished and the guys were finding "Pieces of Eight". Whatever vessels sank offshore and lost their cargo, smaller items may be pumped onto your beach. Same with gold jewelry. . . . how many gold chains are in the sand that detectors can't pick up?
Sinkers by the tons.

It was a fluke. I'm just glad you got your money back. Now you can go another route to purchase a Manticore. Don't give up on your excitement of a hobby you love . . . part of that passion is getting the latest and greatest to get the job done. Try again, I say. There's one for sale on this forum by Shakydigger. . . . check him out.

MRH, how ya doing? I don't think detectorists are into antiques like they use to be. Remember the days guys would have a collection of detectors from 50+ years ago? Although I don't think the CZ21 falls into that category just yet but it's approaching the cliff. I'm sure you will get you price for it. It still gets the job done and well. . . Good Luck and keep swinging.

A barber, a large cent, a SL quarter, I couldn't watch any more as I was filled up to the top and about to overflow with Holy Cows! A feller can only take so much. Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to watch the rest. Well done, great site!
I thought my last detector would be the Deus2. I'm not so sure now. Tom D, can you convince me to step over the line, break down to own a Minelab?

Ha! I would remember that. I sure would like to see it though. How about that video of a guy having 15+- different detectors set up on a cart being pulled by his daughter detecting a wide path along the countryside . . . ever see that? The guy was serious.

. . Why . . . does that bother you? . . . . I'm all for it if I can learn some tidbits of detecting knowledge.

I like Dilek. She defends what she believes in. . . . Who else splashes themselves out there like that from a detector company? She/Nokta puts their money where their mouth is.
If I was selling something 2/3rd's less expensive that does the same thing (or more) as my competitors, I as a company would want the word to get out there among the people. It IS a huge selling point. Maybe they
