It would be nice if some one from around Charlotte NC would try and find Dave Emery and talk to him about his Pulse Devil Discriminating Detector I know he got discouraged with everyone thinking that he owed them something.
Still he had a patent on a electronic item of some kind. Tesoro would do well if the were to up grade with a new Detector and they did a great job on the troy in my opinion

I use Energizer AA in my Tejon. I cant remember where it was posted that someone left the batteries in there detector for several years the batteries were complete dead but no corrosion. It's worth the money just for that reason plus they last a long time. Stick.

The Steam Boat Arabia Museum in Kansas City Mo. The steamboat sunk in 1856 and being covered by mud depleted the oxygen which in turn preserved 200 tons of merchandise. The museum is like seeing a 1850's general retail store with tools leather and rubber shoes beaver hats dishes and lot's of hardware. They have a restoration on going and all of the boat's merchandise is on display.

For years I have stopped on the way home and metal detected for a while. When I found a target and dug it before I filled in the hole I put in all my frustration, anger, and what ever was bugging me in the bottom of the hole covered it up stomped on it hard and left it in the field. Great therapy I hope the farmer did not take home with him when he turned the field

Just remember there are counterfeit silver dollars from China, they look real good but a magnet will stick to some. I think some of the later ones are made of white brass and a magnet will not stick. Buy from a trusted dealer. Stick.

I found $312.00 in clad from 11-16-2014 to 01-16-2015 just trying to stay in shape. It was just enough to get her a new diamond ring and some flowers. But it gets me a whole year of detecting with no question asked. Stick.
