If the rumors are true I can see an updated F75 being better than a Deus. I don't feel my current F75 with 5 inch coil is too far behind the Deus for hunting pounded out sites.

Thanks Bill. Good to hear how well a proper F19 can work. I look forward to your videos, as they are always helpful/informative. Hopefully Fisher can continue to sort out the problems with the early units.

Sounds like some interesting things going on. I would love to have my F75 upgraded to run quieter if it doesnt mean a sacrifice in performance. Thanks for sharing this post tmanly.

Okay. Dave Johnson just confirmed it over on findmall. Looks like you may have a bad unit Keith. This is what he posted-
The details haven't been worked out yet. Not all units are affected. Don't do anything until official information is available, which I am guessing will be mid-week. .

V3i would be great for what you just described. It will hit 6 inches easy and the three frequency, polar plot, sizing features are great for cherry picking.

The F19 looks like a nice replacement for the Goldbug/G2. I don't feel too compelled to buy one though since I have a Goldbug Pro already. Maybe if it is deeper for some reason. The rumor about a ''G2 pro" going around that is supposed to be different from current machines has me really curious.
I'm pretty happy with my current machines that continue to make me gr

I like my v3i for parks and home sites with its 3 frequency pinpoint. Once you get the right filter the machine is pretty much turn on and go with the other settings being mostly preferences. I mostly hunt open field though, and prefer my f75 with the larger sef coil.

This machine seems priced right, and will no doubt be a great relic machine. The Gold Bug/G2 already is a sweet machine. If the russian sites info is correct then Im very interested in the slow mode for deep targets. Sounds similar to F70 or Vista Gold. I wonder if the AMM will use number ID instead of the dial meter thats hard to see. 40 hours on 4 aa batteries like the F70/75 would be grea

"The best relic machine ever". Bold statement right there. Boost mode not needed, however a constant deep mode is needed. Iron audio, backlight and ground grab are nice options over the G2/Gold bug. Needs better depth over those machines to make it an easy buy decision for me. Can't say I'm not interested though.

Maybe you got a F19 prototype. How many detectors do you go through to get all of these hot ones? Omega with extra shielding and wires, Quiet T2 at 99 sens boosted, and now a G2 with a threshold hum and superior air tests. I suppose others have them too, they just arent as keen or into finding out about their machines as you are Keith. Thank you for sharing. Always interesting and informative

Maybe this machine will have Vista Gold/ Xp Goldmaxx like performance in a Fisher Goldbug like housing/ interface. Can't imagine it wont have iron audio like the Eurotek. If it has a backlight and if Teknetics is going to have a version that isnt out yet this tells me it isn't a Eurotek for Fisher. I can assume it will be good in iron, I just question the depth capabilities. Whatever

As a relic and coin hunter, I only use 2f tones. In my opinion the vdi sort of eliminates the need for a third tone. If it beeps nonferrous I dig. When I want to cherry pic I will check the vdi numbers. I think ground chatter becomes much more pronounced when using more than two tones on the F75 as well.

I ordered a pair of music earbuds from the UK before off of amazon that were shipped with Royal Mail. They took close to a month to arrive.

I air tested the F75 Ultimate coil and the Omega Ultimate coil on my Gold Bug pro and found that they had similiar depth but the audio was better for the last inch or so with the correct coil. Both air tested better than the 11 inch coil.

Nice finds, and good report. I've dug plenty of good items that hit only as iron in all-metal with the F-75. I look for the depth meter to be bottomed out, and for it to pinpoint evenly or ''sound round''. I like to go to this method as a last resort sometimes. Not my favorite way to search, but it can nab a deepie once in a while.

If Fisher can release a machine better than their own F75 or Gold bug pro, they will have a great unit. Seems like a bunch of detectors have come out the last couple of years with advancement in depth and unmasking abilities, but with having one or two weaknesses to put up with. I wonder how much closer they can get to the perfect machine.

I would love to see a video of the newer T2 se running in the same places right after an older one for comparison. Same with the newer Omega. Ive owned 2 boosted F75's, one camo and a black SE. I never considered them that bad with EMI compared to other machines I have used, just a bunch of ground chatter. The Omega on the other hand, I don't know how many times I turned it off to

I guess you can't tell other than the serial number. It's the same deal with many coils. If the markings on a F75 coil or Teknetics Omega coil rubbed off you wouldn't know what machine it belonged to.
I have the Ultimate coil for my F75 and it doesn't seem to false or carry on like yours does on your T2.

I've got an older CZ5(metal arm cuff) that I bought used and need to have fixed. The needle doesn't move to show the ID, but it does move to show depth when you pinpoint. Also the pinpoint button is touchy and some of the knobs are cracked. The knobs seem like an easy fix if I can find out where to get them. For the other problems I was thinking of sending it in to Fisher, but Im wor
