Xp should have made a solid coil to eliminate all woods snagging...or used the f75 5x10 coil and ad a scope velcro wrap or treestand velcro wrap around your lower shaft to hide exposed coil wire..easy fix..it ads no weight to detector and they come in 10"-36" sections to hide the wire all the way to display..no more snags i like running AA batteries to power everything..

How does the F75 do on the pen in je mode? Doesn't that mode make it more sensative to small jewerly? I havent tried that mode alot myself but was curious.

My opinion is mx5 is the best of the bunch ..has pinpoint lock..volume control..backlight..standby mode so any pinpointer can be used...notch..big numbers on screen..weather resistant..as deep as all other mxt's..lighter by alot...only feature missing is trac lock but the new faster processor resets so fast there is no need to have a trac lock... All they did was take an analog/digital mxt a

racer - 9 years ago
The new Makro Racer will have the same performance -if not better in some circumstances - as the FORS delivered in a more elegant and lighter design.
It will come in a standard and a pro pack like the FORS but we are not including the large coil in the pro pack this time because most people prefer the medium and the small ones and we also want the pro pack to be at an affordable price point for

I have used the mxt, mxtpro, and mx5 and have always loved the mxt series... Ive used them more than any other since they first came out..with that said i really love the mx5....ive compared the mx5 to the other mxt's and m6.. For me The mx5 did as good or better and never worse..The sef 8x6 and 10x12 are amazing on it..i need to try the 13" ultimate..

want to congratulate you. You are the first person I've ever heard of that can dig iron signals using a minelab and in fact recover nonferrous finds at such an alarming high percentage rate.
It happened to me quite often.. Maybe not as often as mrh but enough to be regular... My etrac would also place the cursor on screen depending on disc used..i didnt use any disc for alot of hunts...bu
