Quote Has Khouse hunted that area before and buried you a few targets?
I never thought about that. I bet he is sneaking in there at night and burying deep clad to fool me......;o)

QuoteThis couple had only been detecting for a few months when they were part of the "team of experts" Whites flew to the factory to discuss metal detector future designs. This was not a team of expert detectorists but a team of expert marketing.

I have been making them all wrong.......I guess this is how you have to make metal detecting videos to get the half million hits....The first minute should be enough.

Found this at an old school. Have not been able to find much about it. it is a bit bigger than a quarter. I did find some info about the person but nothing about what this could be. Any ideas?

A properly tuned CZ3D will hit deep with a correct ID. It will be fooled by deep iron sometimes but most detectors will be. The Signum 7272 I tested would also go deep with a good ID.

Just to let you know I never did receive the race2 metal detector. If I would have I would've done some videos and reviews for you. I would be glad to test the impact for you also. Contact info has been sent. Thanks.

So if you are running in a trashy park and want to get the indian heads or other targets that fall just below zinc you wo

It is really good at pulling coins out of the trash. I took it to one of my spots that is super bad and was digging coins that the other detectors missed. I ran it wide open (No disc) and looked for anything that had some 60's and 70's mixed in with all the other signals and most times there was a coin in the hole with the other trash or iron.

I got a good deal on an updated one from John at JMTMetaldetectors.com so I thought I would try it again. I have some awesome civil war river sites that I will try it at. I found like 250 bullets last summer in the water with the AT Pro I will try the MX sport at the same site this year and see if I can pull anything else. I would like the adapter to try the other coils like the 5.3 or the 4x6 o

QuoteCan anyone on this forum tell me if they can hit a quarter buried 8" in the ground with the mx5 and the stock 9" concentric spider coil?
In my mild ground I was able to get one at 9" or a bit better.
