They come up on Evilbay from time to time even Tom tuned ones. I will never sell mine even if I only take it out a handful of times a year as it is a keeper.

Also you do not have to stare at the screen in a high trash area just listen for the softer hit then stop and investigate. That the way I like to hunt anyway. Of course some will say you could miss shallower good targets but you get in a trashy old park you be digging ever few steps you take for clad most likely or trash. If you clad hunting cool but if you looking for old coins the deeper the be

The Manticore also has that target trace type screen like the CTX 3030 I see.
That and the adjustable modulation alone make it worth the extra money over the Equinox too me anyway.

One thing I do like about Manticore from what I have read is they brought back the adjustable modulated audio like on the Etrac/Explorers as Equinox did not have it. They call it Audio theme profile instead of volume gain but same thing.

I have had CZ-3D's since the first run about half dozen through the years and still have one now tuned by Tom. It is actually a FT model but hottest one of the lot as crazy as it sounds. My ground is moderate for the most part so works fine around here as heard some say it not so go

Wow! 16 and 17s coins you must live on the East coast? I never even found a Bust coin in 25 years around here. 1816 Largie oldest coin ever with the CZ-3D actually.

I never could bond with the F75 for some reason? I think I was expecting it to be more like a digital CZ when it first came out but many do well with them mostly relic hunters in all metal it seems.

I guess Ole' Kieth Southern don't use a Nauty anymore, LOL! My shoulder can not swing one myself these days even with whites rod set-up that and the thinner coils going bad and state of company made me shy away. But the original thicker coil ones Jerry made were killer in my moderate ground anyway. I think Tom has one in his collection?
