Heck Cala, if you really want one, get one from a different dealer. I would never let one dealer get in the way of a detector if I really wanted it. When I saw the heading , I assumed the MDT would not work well in your mild soil. Don't let personal insults ruin your day. It happens to us all at one point or another. Gold is going higher from here on out. $4-8 thousand in 2-3 years is realistic. Enjoy the ride. Load up on silver while its still cheap. Below is copied from Mike Olivers MSA report, one of the Gurus I subscribe to , who has been deadly accurate in his analysis. Silver hit 50 in 1980, gold hit about 850. 2011, gold hit 1920, silver again hit $50. 2020, Gold hit around $1890 today, and silver is around $23. Silver has alot of catching up to do, and it will. Silver has been shorted by the bullion banks like crazy, using paper contracts. That is starting to unwind. Silver will get there. Why is gold so high now? Cal, I no longer have it, so I don't remember all the examples. I was a coin hunter, not into relics. Iron produced a lot of weird designs, where as a coin was usually a single line from bottom to top. A deep coin would make a tiny short line, a shallower coin a taller line. What about a hodograph or whatever it's called? The Rutus 71 I had used a hodograph. I really liked it. It gave another visual dimension ( Proper word?) of the target. .Certain targets would show a string of dots, another , a curved arc, etc.by possum mo - Thomas Dankowski Metal Detecting Forum

Dewcon, I use Bondic when wanting to weld plastic together. Its a liquid, then shine a uv light on it for a few seconds. Works well so far, but have not had to try it on coil ears yet.by possum mo - Thomas Dankowski Metal Detecting Forum

Quite a list! 1. Sensitivity Level 7 has been added to provide extra depth. Please keep in mind that the device may run noisier at this level depending on conditions and that this is totally normal. 2. An extra mode has been added - Park 1. The Park mode on the previous versions has been named as Park 2 on this update and a new Park 1 mode has been added. I read some of the confusion came from the banksters working from home. Poor intercommunication.. But..... There are a bunch of factors causing the price to spike. 1. 3 of the biggest gold smelters in southern Switzerland closed temporarily. 2. Many mines are closing temporarily. 3. In the last crash around 2008, everything came down in price also. Silver came down to $8 an oz, on the comex, but you could not buy physical silver anywhere for under $14. But when the markets bottomed out, Gold and silver took off like a rocket, while the Dow took a few years to base and move up decently. Silver topped out at $50, and gold about $1900 3 years later. Gold and silver also act as money insurance. As the dollar or any paper currency loses value, the metals rise in value and preserve buying power. In countries where people have experienced hyperinflation, they love gold and silver, they see its value as monetary insurance. It seems like various government agencies track everything. . The post office even takes pics of most 1st class mail you receive. Dewcon, I respectfully disagree. Market analysts and chartists do not sell gold. Market analysts study the economics in the world. , and the things that affect the markets.
