That's in the "makeup" of the detectors themselves though Dan (the Explorers, Etracs & Sovereigns).----What I was asking about was the two types of coils (DD's & concentrics) and the performance (or lack of) in "handling" crown caps & why the DD's has more trouble in the I.D.ing of steel b.c.'s.----------Del

That oughta throw the (T2) balance off in fine shape!-----Those Tornado coils do work great on the Etracs though (if you can handle the extra weight out there on the end of the stick).
